1/3/2018-Court enters Order Amending Conditions of Probation. Defendant to serve 10 days shock detention in St. Clair Co. Jail beginning this date.
The charge stems from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation on April 28 when deputies were called to West Sixth Street, Lowry City, in reference to a verbal disturbance outside of the residence. Contact was made with three individuals who feared their safety. They stated Beasley was intoxicated and he walked to their residence, threatened to kill them all, and burn their house down.
