On May 16, an arrest warrant was issued for John King, 24, Hampton, Va., charging him with a class C felony of possessing a controlled substance. The charge stems from a drug investigation on April 22 at a residence on TT Highway. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.

On May 16, arrest warrants were issued for Zachary Harper, 25, Kansas City, and Robert Foster, 31, Osceola, charging them each with a class C felony of theft/stealing. The charges stems from an incident on April 15 at property on SE V Highway owned by Jack Foster. Foster reported an individual in a Dodge Dakota truck pulling a small trailer was seen stealing scrap from his property. Evidence was located at the scene and the investigation discovered the suspect vehicle was located at Meredith Recycling, Montrose.
