Four counts of class C felony forgery

May 2, 2016-Guilty plea on all counts. Sentenced to five years in Missouri Department of Corrections on all counts with sentences running concurrent. The execution of sentence was suspended and Bootier was placed on five years supervised probation. Restitution of $400 due.

Aug. 31, 2016- Arrest warrant issued for probation violation. Bond set at $5,000 cash only

Jan. 19, 2017-Arrested on warrant for probation violation.

March 3, 2017-Continued on probation

Jan. 25, 2019-Arrested on a probation violation

2/4/19-Continued on probation

5/3/19-Arrested on a probation violation

5/16/19-Order to Revoke Probation
Court enters Amended Sentence and Judgment After Probation Revoked
Court orders previously imposed sentence of 5 years on all counts executed. Sentences on all counts to be served concurrent with each other.
