The charge stems from an investigation in December 2015 when St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office deputies and members of the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force made contact with Dilbeck after a vehicle he was driving allegedly ran out of gas on Highway 13. During the investigation Dilbeck was seen tossing something from his pocket onto the ground. A check of the area discovered a small plastic bag with a crystal substance inside. The substance field tested positive for methamphetamine.
