The charges stem from an incident on Feb. 19 when St. Clair County deputies arrested Collins on another felony warrant for possessing a controlled substance. During her arrest a plastic bag containing a white powder substance and a piece of tin foil containing a yellow rock substance were located in her possession. The items field tested positive for methamphetamine. Drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor amount of marijuana was also located.
