The charges stem from an incident during the morning hours the same day when a St. Clair County deputy conducted a traffic stop for careless and imprudent driving on Highway 13 south of B Highway, Osceola. During the investigation several syringes were located in the vehicle along with other drug paraphernalia. Wright was found to be in possession of items that field tested positive for methamphetamine.
