Additional Information
The charges stem from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation on February 7, when Taylor entered an apartment on South Mahan, Lowry City, and remained inside after being told to leave. A deputy issued Taylor a verbal warning for trespassing at the same location the previous day. During the incident Taylor committed three violations of an order of protection for an adult by entering into the apartment. The residence was occupied by two individuals with active ex-parte orders of protection against Taylor. Another individual who lives within 100 feet of the apartment also has an ex-parte order of protection against her and was home at the time. The orders of protection were served to Taylor earlier the same day in Henry County. |
