Count III- Class A misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia
Count IV-Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana

August 1, 2016-Guilty plea. 

Counts I and II-Sentenced to seven years in Missouri Department of Corrections. The execution of sentence was suspended and Ticknor was placed on five years supervised probation. She was ordered to serve 60 days shock time in the St. Clair County Jail. 
Counts III and IV- Dismissed by the state in a plea agreement

Additional Information

     The charges stem from an incident on May 31 when St. Clair County deputies assisted Missouri Department of Social Services Children’s Division with an investigation on South Lucas Street, Lowry City.
     During the investigation a glass light bulb commonly used for smoking methamphetamine was located and field tested positive for methamphetamine. A cardboard box containing a misdemeanor amount of marijuana, 11 Alprazolam pills, a substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine, and several items of drug paraphernalia was also located. Ticknor, who was a guest at the residence, stated the items belonged to her.
