The charge stems from an investigation on SE 401 Road, Osceola. During the investigation St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office deputies and members of the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force found a glass pipe with white powder located in a trailer Callahan was residing in on the property. The powder field tested positive for methamphetamine.
