The charge stems from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation on Oct. 29 day when deputies were called to NW Highway YY, Osceola, in reference to an assault. During the investigation it was learned the alleged assault was actually self defense and Robertson would not stop arguing and trying to start a fight with a family member. A warning was issued not to contact the family member again within the next 12 hours. Less than two hours later Robertson returned to the family member’s residence making threats and trying to start a fight. Robertson was taken into custody.
