Feb. 6, 2017-Guilty plea to both counts. On count one the imposition of sentence was suspended and Harper was placed on five years supervised probation. On count two Harper was fined $250 and ordered to pay costs.

The charge stems from an incident on Sept. 6, 2016 when St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office deputies and members of the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdiction Drug Task Force conducted an investigation at Harper’s residence on NE 1361 Private. Road, Osceola. During the investigation several items of paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana was located in the residence. Three four-foot tall marijuana plants in buckets were located outside the residence.
