May 1, 2017-Guilty Plea. Sentenced to serve seven years in Missouri Department of Corrections. The execution of sentence was suspended and she was placed on supervised probation for five years. The sentence will run concurrent with another. Motley was also ordered to serve 30 days of shock detention in St. Clair County Jail.

The warrant was issued on Dec. 21 and stems from an investigation on Oct. 26 when a St. Clair County deputy was contacted by a Henry County deputy in reference to a possible location of stolen vehicle in our county. The vehicle was reported stolen from a residence in Henry County. The deputy responded to a residence in Twin Oaks Harbor and located the stolen vehicle, a black 2003 Dodge Ram. The owner of the residence advised Motley and Jason Palmer dropped off the vehicle the previous day during the early morning hours.
