Aug. 2, 2017-Guilty plea. Sentenced to serve one year in St. Clair County Jail with the execution of sentence suspended. Beasley was placed on supervised probation for two years and ordered to serve 10 days shock detention in the St. Clair County Jail plus pay costs.

Oct. 14, 2017-Arrested on a probation violation

1/3/2018-Court enters Order Amending Conditions of Probation. Defendant to serve 10 days shock detention in St. Clair Co. Jail beginning this date.

3/8/18-Arrested on a probation violation

5/2/18-Sentence and Judgment amended to 261 days in St. Clair Co. jail
Defendant to be given credit for 81 days time served. Probation is terminated, no amendment to fees and costs.

Additional Information

The charge stems from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation on April 28 when deputies were called to West Sixth Street, Lowry City, in reference to a verbal disturbance outside of the residence. Contact was made with three individuals who feared their safety. They stated Beasley was intoxicated and he walked to their residence, threatened to kill them all, and burn their house down.
