The charges stems from an incident on April 29 when St. Clair County deputies, officers from the Osceola Police Department, and members of the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdictional Drug Task Force served a search warrant was served at his residence on Warsaw Road, Osceola.
During the investigation several glass pipes and three plastic bags containing a white substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine were located. A .22 caliber rifle was also located during the investigation.
